What we build

PDF Generator Pro is a CRM app, installed from the app marketplace. An agency picks a professionally designed template, applies its brand kit once, and the finished document is produced by the workflow rather than by a person.

The product exists because the alternative — a PDF API called from your CRM through a webhook and something to shape the payload — is plumbing that every agency ends up maintaining separately. A native workflow action removes it.

How we think about it

The CRM is the front door. There is no separate account to create and no second login. Everything starts and ends inside the CRM you already use.
The best outcome is an absent user. The product has succeeded when a document goes out and nobody was watching.
Your files are yours. Documents can be written to your own S3 bucket, under your retention policy, reachable without us.
Claim only what ships. Numbers on this site map to real limits in the product.
