Check the API

https://pdfgen-api.appexpertly.com/health reports the API's own view of itself, including whether it can reach its database and queue. A200 means the service is answering.

If a document did not arrive

1. Check the health endpoint. If it is not returning 200, the run has not happened yet rather than failed.
2. Open Logs in the app. Every generation is recorded there with its status and, where it failed, the error.
3. A queued generation that never completes usually means the worker is not running. A generation marked failed carries its reason.
4. Failed renders are never billed, so a failure does not cost you an execution.

Reporting a problem

Include the request_id from the response or the logs — it identifies the exact generation and makes it findable immediately. Contact details are on the about page.
